Product Description

ZN85-40.5 series indoor high-voltage vacuum circuit breakers (hereinafter referred to as circuit breakers) are suitable for three-phase AC 50Hz, rated voltage 40.5KV power system, for industrial and mining enterprises, power plants and substations as load current, overload current, fault current. The circuit breaker and actuating mechanism adopt up and down arrangement structure, which effectively reduces the depth of the circuit breaker.

The three-phase arc extinguishing chamber and phase-connected charged body are isolated from each other by three independent epoxy resin insulating cylinders, constituting a composite insulating structure. The circuit breaker meets the requirements of air distance and creepage distance under normal operation conditions, and effectively reduces the volume of the circuit breaker. The main electric circuit vacuum interrupter and static and dynamic conductive connection are installed in the insulating cylinder, so that the phase distance is only 300mm.  The main circuit electrical connections are all fixed connections with high reliability. The insulating cylinder is mounted above the circuit breaker frame.

The spring-operated mechanism specially designed for this kind of circuit breaker is installed in the circuit breaker frame, and its structural characteristics are more suitable for the upper and lower arrangement of the circuit breaker, and it becomes an inseparable part of the whole structure of the circuit breaker. The design of the mechanism is simple, and the output curve and its performance are more suitable for the characteristics and requirements of 40.5kV vacuum circuit breakers.

The overall layout is reasonable, beautiful and simple. Compact size, flexible operation, reliable electrical performance, long service life, easy maintenance, maintenance-free mechanism.

The circuit breaker is suitable for frequent operation and a variety of occasions and places with harsh operating conditions.

 

Normal use environment    
◆ Ambient air temperature: no more than 40℃; average daily temperature no more than 35℃; minimum ambient air temperature is -15℃; ◆ Ambient air temperature: no more than 40℃; average daily temperature no more than 35℃; minimum ambient air temperature is -15℃.

●Relative humidity of air: daily average not more than 95%, monthly average not more than 90%; ●Relative humidity of air: daily average not more than 95%, monthly average not more than 90%.
●Relative air humidity: daily average value not more than 95%, monthly average value not more than 90%; ●Water vapor pressure: daily average value not more than 2.2kPa, monthly average value not more than 1.8kPa

◆Altitude: no more than 1000m.
◆ The surrounding area is not obviously polluted by dust, smoke, corrosive and combustible gases, vapors or salt spray;

◆ Vibration or ground motion from outside the switchgear and control equipment is negligible;

◆ The amplitude of electromagnetic interference induced in the secondary system does not exceed 1.6kV;”
